Guys this is really personal but i wanted to share this with you!! this is before and after i lost weight. I lost weight because i was getting a lot of negative comments from people around and even in my family. It was hard but i decided to eat healthy and exercise. I lost the weight for myself and to show the assholes who thought i was lazy and fat that they were wrong. I just want to say that if anyone wants to slim down or lose weight, you can do it!!!! I was really unmotivated but its possible. Just promise me you will do it the right way. Guess what? i lost weight because i ate ALL 3 MEALS? ikr weird. i actually gained weight from not eating breakfast and lunch because i indulged myself at dinner. Anyway just wanted to share my accomplished goal with you, and to say that YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND TOO!!! XXXX
